CROSS COUNTRY

Cross Country running groups will take place throughout the summer on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:30.  Remember that SUMMER MILES BRING FALL SMILES! We need to put in the distance this summer so we are more successful in the Fall.  Each athlete is asked to have the following when running Cross Country

Log each run using the STRAVA app and post it to the Stevens Cross Country Club. This is a good way to track your runs and log your distances, pace and times. Coaches will also be able to see your work this summer.

Below, click on the dropdown arrow for all the meet information for each of the meets. Information will be updated as it is received. 

Time Trial 

Reverse Time Trial. Based on the athletes finishing time from the last meet, we will start them in reverse order. Meaning, we will start the slowest ones first followed by the next slowest and moving on up to the fastest finishers. In theory, all athletes should finish at the same time. This is a fantastic way to run a time trial because it has a meet like feel at the end of the race.
