Falcon Athletics Strength and Conditioning. We will provide 6 weeks of continued strength and conditioning opportunities throughout the summer, benefiting male and female athletes across all sports. Stevens High School Coaches will work directly with each registered attendee. Cost is $85.

The Stevens High School Coaching Staff has the opportunity to conduct sport specific practice. Below are the practice times for the various sports. It is highly recommend that athletes participate in sport specific practice. It is an expectation that all athletes attend FLEX Camp in order to participate in sport specific practice.
